Lattice - Performance Management

Lattice is a performance management software that streamlines core HR processes by providing an all-in-one platform for goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations. Staff will conduct performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and professional development/growth/goal discussions in Lattice. Additionally, UMSI is working with Lattice to align this platform with Gallup’s CliftonStrengths so you have meaningful professional development conversations to help you build and grow on your strengths.

UMSI HR will be launching new components of Lattice in the upcoming year and will be continually looking for feedback to help make this great tool even better for the UMSI Staff community.
